OLD MONKEYSHINE ENGLISH ALE©
Originally commissioned in 1998 as one and done brew, this beer has proven itself to have the “staying power” to become our Flagship Beer. Styled for a malty character using crystal and caramel malts to achieve balance in the malt and hops profile. By design, the hop character is minimized so more of the fruity esters in the malty mux is fully enjoyed. English Fuggles hops add the hints of herbal, woody type of bitterness and aroma to the finished brew. The color is a beautiful burnished copper with ruby red highlights when held into the light. To most, the alcohol is mildly noticeable, well hidden in its malty goodness.

DIRTY GÜERA BLONDE ALE©
Nimbus ® Blonde is an all malt no adjunct brew, which is well attenuated providing for a light malty flavor derived from domestic and world-class European malts combined to offer its subdued fruitiness character. Our special fruitiness characters. Our special blend of hops has been hand selected from our chosen hops farm by our brew master and imported directly to our brewery, cutting out the middle man. These hops give our beer’s pleasant, floral nose and mild in ester production, producing a light, clean and crisp balance between the malts and hops. This award-winning beer offers the subtle sweet undertones from a “Killer Bee” hive located in Bisbee, AZ

ENLIGHTENED SOUL PALE ALE©
Nimbus ® Pale Ale is often described as a hybrid of an English Pale and its American Pale counterpart. We incorporate the extraordinarily hard water of Tucson’s National aquifer perfect for brewing Ales to accentuate the malts contribution used to produce some of the World’s finest English Pale Ales. The distinction of the American style version of Pale Ale is the more generous use of American grown hops and dry hopping for additional hop aroma and to balance the malts used. The hoppiness of a Nimbus ® Pale is considered “aggressive” to the point it could characterized as an IPA Ale due to its high bitterness (IBU) content, giving the beer the it’s ore pronounces flavor. The majority of the hops used in our Pale Ale are European and brew master hand-picked hop varieties such as Fuggles, Goldings & Northern Brewer.

ELEVATED SPIRIT OATMEAL STOUT©
Nimbus ® Stout is a variation of a sweet stout style, but we’ve added oatmeal to increase its fullness of body and flavor. Though a dark roasted appearance, this beer is often described as a beer with a silky-smooth body that’s rounded out with a hint of nuttiness and a complex coffee, chocolate and roasted flavor. There is just enough Goldens hops added to round the malt flavor providing a subdued emphasis to ideally balance its malt profile. This combination produces a creamy stout with a bold, yet smooth flavoring and relatively dry finish. Don’t let the dark color fool you, it’s extremely smooth and easy to drink.

UNCOMMONLY RICH NUT BROWN ALE©
Nimbus ® Brown Ale is a medium-bodied American-style brown ale known for its exceptional character, light and friendly flavor. Unlike heavier English-style brown ales this light smooth Nimbus ® Brown provides the malty richness that is characteristic of all Brown Ales. It is drier and has more of bitter style that that old English Brown Ales with it maltiness that is present in a medium body. Nimbus ® Brown will even win over light beer drinkers who typically shy away from the dark beers because of the alcohol content and heaviness.

HELL’S FURNANCE RED ALE©
The old adage “Better Red Than Dead” no longer applies when it comes to our Nimbus ® Red which is a rich medium-style amber ale. Well known for its sophisticated mouth feel and exceptional drinkability, our Copper-hued and well balanced, our Red has a lightly sweet taste enhanced with the flavor of nine different varieties of malt. We brew this beer with choice Styrian Golding and Bobek Hops imported from Slovenia. This combination gives your Red a mild malt sweetness and a relatively dry, aromatic finish that everyone can enjoy!
